We're a small, fast-moving team. You'll ship real features, not ticket work. We are fairly transparent, and this is your chance to be the first tech hire and learn the early 0-1 entrepreneurial journey.

What You'll Work On

• React UI + Go Backend + Clickhouse Analytics
• AI modules from RAG to Self Healing Agents to RL loops
• Docker, Kubernetes & cloud deployments
• Real system design discussions with the team

Who We're Looking For

• Good async communicator and learner
• Quick learner: ramps fast, figures things out
• Solid React + basic Go (or eager to learn)
• Comfortable with Docker and cloud infra
• System design mindset - thinks in tradeoffs
• Fluent with AI dev tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.)

Bonus: Prior experience with Kafka, ClickHouse, or analytics infra, good open source background
